4. User Responsibilities

• Only list metal that you own and have the legal right to sell
• Accurately describe the grade, quantity, and condition of any metal offered
• Honour any deal you agree to with another user
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not engage in price manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive practices

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AridoEx:

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented metal
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication with other users
• Circumventing the Platform to avoid fees or protections
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Automated scraping or data extraction without written permission

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. No Guarantee of Transactions

AridoEx does not guarantee that any transaction will be completed, that any user is who they claim to be, or that any metal listed is authentic. We strongly recommend that all users conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into any transaction, including verifying the identity and reputation of counterparties and independently assessing metal quality.

7. Dispute Resolution

AridoEx is not responsible for resolving disputes between users. In the event of a dispute, we encourage users to communicate directly and professionally. AridoEx may, at its sole discretion, assist in mediating disputes but has no obligation to do so. Any legal disputes arising from transactions are solely between the parties involved.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Users may leave reviews and ratings for other users following a transaction. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience. AridoEx reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms. Attempting to manipulate ratings — including through fake accounts or coerced reviews — is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AridoEx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from transactions, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your account. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Account Termination

AridoEx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

5. Data Visibility

The following information is visible to other users of the Platform:

• Your display name, profile picture, location, and bio
• Your active buy and sell offers
• Reviews and ratings you have received
• Your account creation date

Your email address is never visible to other users. Private messages are only visible to the participants of each conversation.

6. Email Communications

We may send you email notifications related to your use of the Platform, such as alerts when you receive a new message. You registered with your email address and consented to receive these communications. Transactional emails are sent via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

7. Cookies and Tracking

AridoEx does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. We use only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in and to operate the Platform. No data is shared with advertisers.

You have the right to:
